A Cautionary tale...

Now here's the story of a man named Hex, drank two bottles of wine instead of two bottles of becks. Shoulda gone off to bed and had himself a rest, but went into the yard and painted up a mess.
Graf that is. Bad, bad graf. So remember kids, while it's better to do something creative than destructive, you should know the result isnt going to be amongst your best work.

Phew. Sometimes it's a tough job.
But someone has to do it.

Oh yeah. I was sposed to be addressing the scale issue. Maybe next time. Sketch originally by STOR.

I will soon have to address the issue of scale. I find it difficult to paint anything small. Having said that, this piece worked out quite well.

18th April, 09

Seemed a lovely day to paint, and with a couple of mates and a few beers, an afternoon was made of it. I think I'm heading down an interesting art alleyway somewhere between abstract art and graffiti. At least that is, MY abstraction and MY graffiti. Obviously there's people who's graff is even less readable than this, and abstraction that's more abstract.

Thing is though, what I suppose I'm aiming for is a balance between the way I make my "art" and the way I do graff. As if there's a difference :P

11th April, 09

This one grew on me for a day or two. Each time I looked at it I liked it a little bit more. It obviously still needs some tweeks, but I think I like the direction it's heading.

The path..

As a wise man once said, quite dramatically, I am not here because of the path ahead of me. I am here because of the path behind me.
